The flight promises stunning vistas of snowy peaks and valleys, setting the stage for a journey filled with breathtaking scenery and captivating moments.
Once you have been picked up by your Sherpa guide and porter you'll begin an easy downhill hike through the traditional Sherpa villages, over suspension bridges and along the Dudh Koshi River to the tranquil village of Phakding.

The hike runs through lovely pine forests and through small villages and then into the Sagarmatha National Park. The last walk along the last steep slope up to Namche Bazaar is tough but worthwhile and a first sight of Mount Everest is welcome if the weather permits. Namche is the lively trading centre of Khumbu, with cafes, bakeries, shops, and spectacular views of the mountains.
Today is for acclimatization to the elevated altitude. Instead of taking a break throughout the day, you will walk for a short distance to the famous Everest View Hotel or one of the near by Khumjung Village where you can see the Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse and Thamserku in grand style. You will come to Dingboche and have some time to relax and get ready to head towards your next destination.
After some time, the trail widens into the large alpine valleys and eventually arrives at Thukla Pass where there are memorial plaques to climbers who lost their lives in Everest. Pause to admire the rocks and glaciers before you head through to a rocky area with views of the glaciers and end up at Lobuche, your last night stop before you reach Everest Base Camp.
This is your big day on your trip! Then, post breakfast, you'll trek to Gorak Shep and then to the fabled Everest Base Camp via rocky glacial terrain.
